This option allows you an inexpensive way to obtain legal advice from a licensed Oregon lawyer regarding your legal rights, help in identifying the root of your legal matter, guidance on how you may proceed and where to go to obtain additional help.
From the Get Started page, be sure that you complete all of the contact information and the full name of the person on the opposing side for a conflicts check. Please explain, in 500 words or less, what your present circumstances are giving rise to your legal problem so the lawyer can be prepared to discuss your case with you before making a telephone call to you. What you write in the description would be similar to what you would tell a lawyer about your situation if you were meeting in a face to face consultation. Also, in this description box, please provide the best time of day or night for the lawyer to call you for the phone consultation 24-48 hours after you submit your information. Check the box that you have reviewed the Terms of Use and the Limited Services Agreement, and submit. This takes you to the pay pages where you can pay with a credit card or paypal account. Be sure to select the Legal Consultation and advice by phone call so you are only charged $39.00 for that option selected.
